Tibetan singing bowl with wooden mallet. Handmade in India according to traditional methods. This bowl has a warm, full and long-lasting tone. The singing bowls originally came from Tibetan shamans, and were later used by lamas in Tibet, Nepal and India.
They release tension in blocked places, have a relaxing and healing effect on body and mind.
