Return Policy

Flexity is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns up to 30 days from the delivery date. We do not cover the cost of return shipping however, the initial shipping cost will be refunded if you return your complete order. Items returned must be unwashed and unworn.

Please note all returns are subject to inspection. Simply fill out the return form below.

Please note the following condition. For hygienic reasons we do not change socks, tank tops, bras and swimwear. Clothing must not be worn or trained, washed, and damaged or deformed. Goods must contain original labels. Do not use deodorants or anitperspirants when testing and do not apply anything to clothing.
